Record initiated. I purchased a small amount of Altria at the beginning of September in the low 20s, and have been dollar-cost-averaging as it's dropped into the mid teens. It now represents a significant (almost 1%) portion of my portfolio. I consider the dividend yield to be high at its current price, and will continue to buy when it dips below my current average price as long as I feel the dividend is safe.
