<div><b>Accountabilities:</b> Lose 5 more pounds (lost 20 pounds in 2008) Reduce bad cholesterol by 25% Average of at least 2.5 workouts per week during Q1 Average of at least 3 workouts per week after Q1</div>
<div><b>Updates:</b> <div>Consistently walking 2.2 miles each morning, dietary changes on track-- have not weighed myself yet but none of my clothes fit.&nbsp;Workouts have not occured due to time impact of getting back to work, but I am running enough on my morning walks to keep heart rate up.</div></div>
